We just went back to the website and ordered the one extra piece. If we ever want to change or reconfigure the layout, each piece can be unattached from it’s neighbor and rearranged as we see fit. It’s 100% customizable to your exact needs.

If you go to their site they have a section you can track your shipment. It will tell you how far behind they are and what orders they are working on that current week. We ordered a sectional before our baby was born and not only is the quality poor, there are several missing pieces.

I would highly recommend Home Reserve to anyone! Whether you are a dog owner, cat owner, have kids or it’s just you this couch can grow with you in all seasons of life. It’s great quality, looks amazing, customer service is top notch and the whole process from ordering to assembling is so easy.
Very comfy, but also pretty cumbersome in our small space, and the dark color really made the room look darker than I wanted it, so we decided tpo look for new options. Also, there was only seating for 5, which is the exact number of people in our family. If we had guests over, people were sitting on ottomans, dining room chairs, or an extra chair we had moved into the room.

Not all couches are one size fits all. Once you order your sectional/couch typically your shipment should arrive in about 15 days. At the time of my order I knew they were a little behind but to be honest they did an amazing job.

I think the cost was slightly higher for a custom order which is why I decided to just go the blanket route haha. Other than that, I still find it quite comfortable to lay out on a daily basis. Archetype Quartz and Archetype Hemp have a nice classic linen texture, while Maltese Taupe and Maltese Flax have a softer texture. I kept them in the room for a few days and paid close attention to how they looked during different times of day. After much debate we chose Archetype Quartz since it was the perfect blend of brown and gray.

For us we stuck with our original, but when our order came, one of the pieces got damaged in transit. Customer service was phenomenal- they not only arranged to ship to us, but even held the shipping by a few days so it wouldn't arrive when we were out of town. The only thing I don't love about it is the depth, it could be deeper. We don't find it uncomfortable at all. Even after all these years, the cushions have held up, there's no sagging or compressed foam.
That is huge for us because our home has minimal closet and storage space. I didn’t want to get started, then have to call it a night with boxes and cushions everywhere, and start again the next day. Our sectional consisted of 6 Armless sections, 2 Corners, 1 Left Armchair, 1 Modular Ottoman , and 3 freestanding Ottomans. When I had an issue with the sectional we purchased over a year ago, the company reached out to me to resolve that issue. I hadn't expected such quick and satisfying service. But, then again, that's one of the reasons I chose the company. So I purchased this couch just because of all the great reviews.
