Sectionals with built-in storage and washable fabrics. Designed to live and grow with your family. Gotta say, customer service here is top notch. The first piece I assembled was the Left Armchair. It took me an hour, and I assumed it would take an hour per piece.
We decided to go with the Ray style from Home Reserve, which they describe as having a “modern, low-profile nice arm”. I was kind of over the curved, puffy cushions of our old couch, and the Ray style was exactly what we were looking for. I am smitten with the fact that every piece of fabric, both the cushion covers and the covers for the bases are removeable and can be thrown in the washing machine. Once we got it assembled and put together, we realized we would have liked one more armless piece to fill out the end section a little bit more.

I think the cost was slightly higher for a custom order which is why I decided to just go the blanket route haha. Other than that, I still find it quite comfortable to lay out on a daily basis. Archetype Quartz and Archetype Hemp have a nice classic linen texture, while Maltese Taupe and Maltese Flax have a softer texture. I kept them in the room for a few days and paid close attention to how they looked during different times of day. After much debate we chose Archetype Quartz since it was the perfect blend of brown and gray.
It was hipped very quickly and I surprised to receive it as soon as I did. Overall, I am very happy with this sectional despite my family’s desire to have big brown back up here haha! Fortunately for them that has moved to the basement so they can still enjoy it down there.

We'll be looking to get another for our living room soon. And the color we chose really brightens the room so much. Our previous sofa/loveseat combo was dark leather that had big puffy arms and cushions.
Hoping customer service contacts us so we can get the right pieces asap or return to get my 3k back. The customer service team is the best I have ever worked with! I messed up my order and they bent over backwards to help me find a solution. Also, the couches are amazingly made.

I also liked the fact that they had several different arm styles to choose from. There’s a rounded, square and flat option that I considered; however, I ultimately chose the “Ali” style and couldn’t be happier with the detail of the dramatic slope. The website was also very user friendly, and it was easy to put my order in. It goes against our guidelines to offer incentives for reviews. We also ensure all reviews are published without moderation.
I didn’t want to get started, then have to call it a night with boxes and cushions everywhere, and start again the next day. Our sectional consisted of 6 Armless sections, 2 Corners, 1 Left Armchair, 1 Modular Ottoman , and 3 freestanding Ottomans. Extremely pleased with the quality and look of the sectional we ordered in October 2022 from Home Reserve . The customer service and responsiveness was exceptional.
It’s hell just trying to vacuum the inside of it. These couches are for looks only, not for everyday life & they don’t even look that nice. Kendra, you are far far more patient than we were. First of all, assembly was a nightmare. Had no idea it would take this much.
Had we known, we probably would not have made the purchase even though I love the idea of washable covers. Secondly, it arrived with missing pieces. We were on a tight time crunch because our house is a vacation rental and it all had to be done in a matter of days. Thirdly, I don't think the couch is all that comfortable. I feel like I'm sitting on a couch in a doctor's office.
I was concerned about that but have been pleasantly surprised. If you have tall people that will be using it, they might not find it too comfy, simply because of the lack of cushion depth . But as far as the actual cushion comfort, 2 thumbs up. And it’s custom to the exact size and configuration that we need. I really can’t think of any downsides to it.
This oasis should be inviting, comfortable, and functional all in one. When it comes to buying bedroom furniture,... Since this is a modular sectional there are seams between each section as opposed to being one continuous piece.
