One of the sections arrived with one piece that was broken in shipping--I contacted customer service and the response was unbelievably speedy. We had a replacement piece in hand in less than a week! The assembly instructions were very thorough, the storage space is wonderful, and it's so nice to be able to configure it exactly to how we like it and our living room space. I ordered 8 pieces to make a sectional. I ordered this at first, since I figured it would be the last couch I buy. If kids or dog stained or broke it, I could just replace those pieces & not the entire thing.
If you go to their site they have a section you can track your shipment. It will tell you how far behind they are and what orders they are working on that current week. We ordered a sectional before our baby was born and not only is the quality poor, there are several missing pieces.
What I Love
I didn’t want to get started, then have to call it a night with boxes and cushions everywhere, and start again the next day. Our sectional consisted of 6 Armless sections, 2 Corners, 1 Left Armchair, 1 Modular Ottoman , and 3 freestanding Ottomans. Extremely pleased with the quality and look of the sectional we ordered in October 2022 from Home Reserve . The customer service and responsiveness was exceptional.
So, that’s all the good stuff, but there’s got to be some downsides, right? Well, I guess that depends on your personality. I am in the weird crowd, in that I actually enjoy assembling flat-pack furniture.

I also love that you are an American company. But the next feature got me all kinds of excited. They offer a line of “pet care” fabrics.
I was concerned about that but have been pleasantly surprised. If you have tall people that will be using it, they might not find it too comfy, simply because of the lack of cushion depth . But as far as the actual cushion comfort, 2 thumbs up. And it’s custom to the exact size and configuration that we need. I really can’t think of any downsides to it.
Superb customer service
Of course, time will tell how it holds up. I did already test the pet care fabric to see if liquids are repelled and they definitely are. The cat also felt the need to double-test the fabric and all was well. I’m thinking I will need to update this post in a year to share how well everything holds up and thoughts on Home Reserve ownership for the long haul. But for now, consider me a happy Home Reserve customer. If I ever have need for another sofa/sectional/chair, pretty sure Home Reserve is the first place I’ll look.
But with all the work we did, there is NO WAY we can return it. First, to order a custom couch during the insane shipping times and have it come in two weeks flat was amazing. Second, Home Reserve worked with me to ensure it came just on the day I wanted. Third, when picking my couch, they answered every question I have clearly and quickly.
That is huge for us because our home has minimal closet and storage space. I try my darndest to buy from the small shops or local businesses when see fit. Supporting them is something our family is very passionate about. Home Reserve uses all raw materials from within the USA! They oversee all of the supply chain and know where everything is from.
It is still very easy to vacuum and wipe off. When I looked up our shipment it stated they were working on our order that week but the next day I got an email stating it was to arrive in 2 days! In the end the couch did happen to arrive within the 15 day time frame. To start off I am going to answer some of the most asked questions I’ve received on Facebook & Instagram. Then I’ll share all the awesome features that made us fall in love with our sectional. I first came across Home Reserve on Youtube and instantly fell in love.
We just went back to the website and ordered the one extra piece. If we ever want to change or reconfigure the layout, each piece can be unattached from it’s neighbor and rearranged as we see fit. It’s 100% customizable to your exact needs.
It was hipped very quickly and I surprised to receive it as soon as I did. Overall, I am very happy with this sectional despite my family’s desire to have big brown back up here haha! Fortunately for them that has moved to the basement so they can still enjoy it down there.
Comfortable, clean and storage
She not only was prompt on all her communications , she was articulate, helpful, pleasant, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I seriously did not think this type of customer service existed anymore. Please share my feedback with her manager.
This oasis should be inviting, comfortable, and functional all in one. When it comes to buying bedroom furniture,... Since this is a modular sectional there are seams between each section as opposed to being one continuous piece.
